Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our hair oil products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, or otherwise not in the condition expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, storage, or handling of the product after delivery.
